Amid rising tensions on campuses across the country, many institutions are asking the same question: How can we build a culture where thoughtful, open dialogue becomes part of everyday life? On Thursday, April 24 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM ET, the Constructive Dialogue Institute will host a live conversation featuring higher education leaders who are leading this work on the ground. Panelists will share insights from their own campuses, as well as key findings from CDI’s new report, Building Cultures of Constructive Dialogue: A Blueprint for Campus Leaders.
Featured Panelists include: Luoluo Hong (Vice President for Student Engagement & Well-Being, Georgia Institute of Technology); Maia Ferdman (Deputy Director, Kindness Institute at UCLA); and Caroline Mehl (Executive Director, Constructive Dialogue Institute). This conversation will offer practical strategies to help presidents, administrators, faculty, and student affairs leaders build trust and support more productive conversations across campus.
